Today, Wholish opens its practice library to a wider circle with five new tracks in English. The release doubles the size of the library—and it’s only the beginning. We’ll keep adding practices that are easy to start, easy to return to, and free for anyone who needs a quiet place to land.
These new pieces carry the Wholish ethos: presence over performance, returning over striving. Some are purely spoken, others weave in gentle music; some are brief resets, others give you room to linger. They’re made for real moments—when you’ve got three minutes between things, or when you finally have time to exhale.
A note on This Space
Among the five is “This Space,” created in collaboration with This Space. It’s the first meditation to appear both on the This Space album and inside the Wholish series. The other four new tracks are not part of the album.
The album itself isn’t a traditional worship recording; it moves between meditative chants, spoken word, and atmospheric soundscapes—drawing on Taizé and Gregorian prayer, Nordic folk, minimalism, and ambient electronics. Different textures, one center: stillness, honesty, and the quiet courage to be where we are.
Swedish roots, broader reach
Until now, Wholish practices have been published in Swedish, and the companion podcast will remain Swedish for now. With today’s release, the library speaks English too—without losing its voice. Everything stays free. Everything keeps growing.
If you’re new here, start anywhere: a short pause for a restless mind, a longer body-softening scan, or the title meditation that lets words fade until presence is what remains.
Come as you are.
Return as needed.
We’ll keep making room.
